Tell us a little about what you do!
I am a Psychotherapist that just started my own business in 2023. I have 9 years of experience working with individuals that are suffering from Anxiety, Depression, PTSD, Addiction, ADHD, and Borderline Personality Disorder. My expertise is in working with individuals that need assistance in addiction, trauma, and relationships.
What led you to starting your practice?
I have a compassion for people and enjoy helping others.
What sets your business apart from your competitors?
I provide in person and online sessions and offer free 15 minute consultations. I have a person-centered approach to therapy.
What is something you wish you’d known when you were just starting your business?
I wish I would have known how difficult the paperwork for billing was.
How to do you navigate your work-life balance?
I often schedule my clients around family time and special events.
What is the most rewarding part of your job?
The most rewarding part of my job is having a client say that their symptoms are improving.
How has being a part of the Strive Ann Arbor community affected you and your business?
Strive Ann Arbor community has supplied me with a safe, professional, and easily accessible location.
If you had a friend in town and you could take them to one of your favorite restaurants or spots in your community, where would you take them?
If I had a friend in town I would show them my office then I would take them out to dinner at Ruth’s Chris Steak House
