Each conference room is fully equipped with a TV, whiteboard, ergonomic furniture, and A/V accessibility. During office hours, our team is on-site to greet clients and assist with bookings. We understand the importance of creating a professional yet comfortable environment for your meetings, which is why we provide complimentary coffee and refreshments, and ensure that the space is always clean and well-maintained.
Meeting Space for Rent: What We Offer
We have conference rooms that can hold anywhere from 4 to 20 people. If you are in need of a larger space, contact us to learn about our classrooms and event space near you.
Booking a conference room is easy. As a member, you will get access to our portal which allows you to book online. Our on-site staff can also assist with booking a room for you. If you are not a member and wish to book a meeting room, please contact us or email info@striveworkspaces.com.

By booking a meeting room, you and your team will get access to free Wi-Fi, whiteboards, A/V connection, comfortable seating, community kitchen with free coffee, lounge space for breaks, and on-site assistance.
Meeting rooms are priced by the hour.
Yes! Non members can book when needed. To book a meeting, please contact us or email info@striveworkspaces.com.
We have a community kitchen in each center for free access to water, coffee, and tea! Our on-site team can place water, coffee, and tea in your meeting room before arrival, upon request.
Depending on which workspace location you are booking, meeting rooms can be accessed during that locations business hours. Around the clock access to meeting rooms is available to members with a Meeting Room Package, 24/7 Business Lounge members, and Private Office members.
On-site technical support is available should you encounter any issues during your booking. If you need immediate assistance during a booking, please email info@striveworkspaces.com.
Outside visitors are encouraged and welcomed to attend meetings and utilize our amenities. To learn about your location’s parking accommodations, please email your community manager.

Our day offices are an ideal solution for those who only need a private workspace temporarily. With the day office, you’ll have access to the same amenities as our full-time office renters – including Wi-Fi, professional furniture, and access to meeting rooms, complimentary coffee, tea, and water. Plus, if you are near another Strive location, you can use one of our day passes to get work done in privacy and comfort. There’s no commitment involved, and you can come and go as you please during business hours.
