Tell us a little bit about Restore and Recovery LLC.
Restore and Recovery Therapy LLC is a massage therapy business, where my services get to the source of pain and discomfort through Neurokinetic Therapy and Massage Therapy.
What led you to start your business?
What led me to start R&R Therapy was learning that I can truly help others and continue to grow my knowledge on how the body works at the same time.
What would you say sets your business apart from competitors?
NKT (Neurokinetic Therapy) is what sets me apart from my competitors. I can find long lasting relief and have the client truly feel a difference.
What is something you wish you had known before starting your business?
Something i wished i knew at the start would be Networking and finding other business owners that I can reach out for questions, services and advice.
What is an unexpected thing you’ve learned since starting your business journey?
Sometimes we get in on our way of learning and growing. With this business, it made me realize that I can always keep learning and finding new ways to implement that new knowledge into my life.
What is the most rewarding part of your work?
Most rewarding part of my job is seeing change in real time. Watching someone go from not being able turn their head to having full mobility is the best reward I could receive.
What has been the best part of operating your business within the Strive community?
Officing at Strive North Dallas has felt like a second family.
If you could have a conversation over coffee with yourself from 5 years ago, what would you say to him/her?
What i would tell my self from 5 years ago. “Do not stop learning, do not worry about what others will say about you starting a business”
If you had a friend in town, where would you take them?
My favorite restaurant I would take a friend to would be The Original Pancake House. The food, coffee and workers are amazing!
