Our on-site staff handles and distributes mail and packages every weekday. Mail can be picked up in person during your location’s business hours. For remote workers, there are daily, weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly mail forwarding options that can be added to your account. Our addresses are Google verifiable, and you will be given a dedicated suite number upon signing up. Complete member paperwork and two forms of ID will be required to begin utilizing your virtual address.

How do I receive mail or packages?

Mail and packages are distributed every business day to their assigned places. We will always notify you of any packages we receive for you. If you sign up for mail forwarding, we will notify you of larger packages received and charge you postage if you would like them forwarded.

What if I receive a package after hours?

If a carrier delivers packages after business hours, they will not have access to the building/suite, so the package will be delivered within the following business days.

What if I wanted to work in the office for a day?

As a Virtual Office member, you have access to our meeting rooms, coworking space, and day offices at a discounted price. Let us know how we can accommodate you!

Can someone else pick up my mail for me?

Yes, but we need to have written consent from you beforehand.

Example: “I authorize David Brown to pick up mail indefinitely or until I unauthorize him to do so.” When they arrive, we will ask for a government ID to verify their identity.

Meeting Room Packages:

With a meeting room package, you will have 24/7 access to booking rooms at all Strive locations. Meeting rooms can be booked online or over the phone. You’ll have access to the same amenities as our full-time office renters, including Wi-Fi, on-site concierge during business hours, and complimentary coffee, tea, and water for you and your guests. All meeting rooms are equipped with A/V capabilities.
